From day one, you will spend a lot of time with our partners and senior clients. You will contribute according to what you can do rather than what is expected from you “at such and such a level of your career”. And if you love the biosciences and medicine, don’t worry: It is unlikely that you will spend a year optimising process flows in the credit controlling department of a bank.
It will not come as a surprise that we are looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds, who are curious, self–starters and capable of working in our non–hierarchical environment, which puts a high premium on collaborative knowledge generation in– and outside of client projects.
We recruit essentially through word by mouth of clients and associates.
Our team consists partly of scientists with a PhD and significant post–doc or working experience and partly of economists and MBAs with a strong interest in science, technology and medicine.
